Before you hand over a set of requirements to whoever is going to build or buy a solution for you, how do you know that your requirements are correct, complete and consistent and that they will be correctly understood? How do you know that you have them all? What are you missing? Once the solution is delivered and you have a chance to test it out, what, exactly will you be testing for? Through hands-on interactive exercises, participants learn the characteristics of good requirements and practice useful and effective verification and validation techniques. The business analyst’s role in testing is examined and participants learn how to identify and design test cases.
