Projects in Controlled Environments, more commonly known as PRINCE2®, is the world’s most practiced project management methodology and a trusted industry certification worldwide. You can take it at the very outset of your career to learn the proven guiding principles of good practice, or later on as a complement to Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
Our five-day course conforms to the latest syllabus issued by AXELOS Limited, the PRINCE2® accrediting body, and prepares participants to sit for PRINCE2® certification at the Foundation and Practitioner levels.
• The three-day PRINCE2® Foundation course teaches the principles, language and process model of PRINCE2®. The foundational course can be studied on its own or as a prerequisite to Practitioner training.
• The two-day PRINCE2® Practitioner course is for those who have taken the Foundation course and want to be able to apply what they’ve learned to the running or managing of a project. Participants with a current PMI or International Project Management Association (IPMA)® designation who attend the full PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner program are exempt from taking the Foundation exam.
• The five-day PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification 6th Edition course.
