Learn how to confidently manage group dynamics, and improve your ability to work with stakeholders to elicit, document, analyze, validate and achieve consensus on requirements.
A key competency of the business analyst is effective facilitation. Participants in this course develop the ability to elicit requirements in a workshop setting while managing the group dynamics. Participants build confidence facilitating requirements workshops and dealing with difficult stakeholders. Through interactive role-play, participants learn and practise the unique facilitation challenges facing business analysts today.

This course (BAE3) is one of seven courses in the Business Analysis Essentials Certificate program. In order to achieve your Algonquin College certificate, you must complete all seven courses within five years. However, taking all seven courses is not mandatory, and you may choose to select only those courses which meet your specific needs.
