Whether aligning solutions to business processes or tailoring a business process to fit a solution, an understanding of process modeling is essential. A key aspect of modeling business processes and workflows is to explain and leverage the difference between workflows and processes when students are analyzing a business area.
This course (BAE4) is one of seven courses in the Business Analysis Essentials Certificate program. In order to achieve your Algonquin College certificate, you must complete all seven courses within five years. However, taking all seven courses is not mandatory, and you may choose to select only those courses which meet your specific needs.
