Use cases were originally conceived to help capture and organize requirements for software systems. Today use cases are also utilized as a business analysis technique. Such uses include business architecture analysis, solution scope in a feasibility study, business case or project charter, request for proposal responses, decisions on build-or-buy and configuration requirements for Commercial Off-The-Shelf software.
This course (BAE5) is one of seven courses in the Business Analysis Essentials Certificate program. In order to achieve your Algonquin College certificate, you must complete all seven courses within five years. However, taking all seven courses is not mandatory, and you may choose to select only those courses which meet your specific needs.
