About This Course
Apply Change Management knowledge gained from the Foundation course to become an effective change manager. A successful Practitioner participant can apply change management approaches and techniques to real change initiatives in their organization. The individual's change management expertise, the complexity of the change initiative and supports available to apply change management approaches, are all factors that impact the level of change that the Practitioner will be able to achieve.

Exams are taken online after the course is completed. ACCT will provide guidance and authorization for participants to arrange an exam at a time convenient to them.
