About This Course

Explore the ways we communicate and how preferred behavioural patterns influence personal working styles, decision-making and interactions with others.

Effective leaders are able to use communication to ensure that individuals, teams and organizational goals are aligned and clearly understood. To that end, this course — the first of a three-part professional development program leading to a Fundamentals of Leadership certificate — defines the process of interpersonal communication and its influences.
