About This Course

MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) explains the program management principles, governance themes and transformational flow applied to the management of programs or change initiatives. MSP provides an effective and proven methodology for transformational program management. The MSP framework helps organizations deliver complex programs that transform them. MSP Foundation Certification - 3 Days This level is intended to confirm that the candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of MSP in order to interact effectively with the participating program management members or act as an informed member of the Program Office team, the Change Management team or the Project Delivery team in a MSP® environment. This methodology is based on experiences in both the public and private sectors and has quickly become the standard for program management.

Prerequisites

Comprehensive pre-course reading material is provided, including a copy of the ” Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®)” – part of the Global Best Practice suite of publications that supports the certification. You should expect to undertake a period of self-study using materials provided before the course begins. In addition, there will be evening work to be completed throughout the course.

The course is aimed at anyone wishing to gain the qualification. You need to pass the Foundation course to be eligible to take the Practitioner course and exam.

Who Should Attend

If you are in charge of a program whether in implementation of new technologies, regulatory or organizational transformation, MSP certification is for you.
Business change team members, project delivery team members, anyone who needs to understand the terminology and concepts underpinning MSP and those wishing to pursue higher level certifications (e.g. Programme Managers, Business Change Managers (BCMs) and Senior Responsible Owners (SROs).

MSP Foundation Certification – 3 Days

Your Foundation course now includes the Take² re-sit exam service. That means if you are unsuccessful in passing the Foundation exam, you can re-sit your exam 24/7 within 6 months of your initial exam date. You will be notified by e-mail that a re-sit exam is available, and you will be invited to schedule it and take it exclusively through PeopleCert Online Proctoring from the comfort of your home or office (webcam required).
