About This Course

Estimating project costs and durations and effective schedule and budget management are essential project management skills. Learn how to develop and manage a project schedule and budget. Apply core skills.

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) is the Project Management Institute’s flagship publication and is a fundamental resource for effective project management in any industry. It is recommended that students purchase the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management  Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Seventh Edition. The PMBOK® textbook is required for anyone seeking their Project Management Essentials certificate (all seven courses).
